Information on our Returns & Exchange Policies

  • No refunds or exchanges on jewellery or headwear due to personal hygiene reasons.
  • Lady Lou does not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items.
  • Lady Lou asks that you please choose your items carefully and read the description to avoid disappointment. Photos can make products appear larger or smaller depending on the angle of the photo. 
  • If your item arrives faulty, Lady Lou will happily provide a full refund or exchange on the item once it has been sent back to Lady Lou HQ. Once returned Lady Lou will assess the product and take action from there.
  • Unfortunately an exchange can not be guaranteed on the item due to high turnover of stock. Therefore, a full refund will be provided if your item is out of stock.
  • Please email hello@ladylou.com.au with your order number and any issues regarding your purchase
  • Faulty items must be returned within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. All tags must be attached and goods should be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the consumers expense.
