Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit. Please refer to product dimensions, as scale may vary slightly in imagery.

If your item arrives faulty, we will happily offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Items must be returned for assessment prior to approval.

Due to limited stock, exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
