Information on our Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Paid orders are processed Monday to Friday and shipped within 48hrs of receiving your order.
Shipping cost via Australia Post
Standard Shipping - $10.00 (2-8 working days for delivery)
Express Shipping - $12.50 (1-4 working days for delivery)
Free express shipping for orders over $100.00.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number to keep you up to date on your parcels expected delivery time.
Please note, tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours before your parcel can be tracked successfully.
Lady Lou cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Lady Lou cannot be held responsible should your parcel arrive outside the estimated delivery time-frame.
